And also if there is any fast delivery option for the product it will be mentioned on the product page on the website itself.
If the order is of custom design or made-To-Order products, the delivery time will change based on the design and size of the product which is to be made based on the special customization submitted, as it may require more time in terms of procurement of material and craftsmanship.
It takes around 10-20 days for the order to reach your destination after the order has been dispatched from our factory. However, if you submit the request regarding this with us, we can definitely forward your delivery time and schedule to our courier partners once the product has been reached your destination city or centre. Post this, it also depends on the delivery partners to accept the request and they will inform us if they can accept the request or not.

No, we don’t include any assembly or installation service for the product which is ordered at kendalwood. Kendalwood products will be easy and ready-to-assemble and also we will provide assembly instructions with all the required tools for that. Even still if you want any assistance in assembly, you can get help from us on call.
Kendalwood has multiple deliver partners who cover almost all pin codes across India. We use different courier service for different orders based on the delivery destination and provide door to door delivery service. If the delivery partner is not able to deliver the product to your doorstep, it will be sent to your nearest centre or the delivery hub. In that case, you can be in touch with our team for further assistance or help.

We are delivering in all 7 days of the week to our customers. If you want your order delivered particularly on the weekend, you can make this request with our team and we will try our best to accommodate the request by talking with our delivery partners. Please note that the request can be fulfilled once the order reaches your destination location or city.
We generally do not have an expedited or speed delivery option, as your ordered product will be delivered 10-20 days after it is shipped from our warehouse, which is our standard delivery schedule.
If you have accidentally provided a wrong delivery address or if you want to change the address to a new address, please email us the correct address within 24 hours of order confirmation.
If you want the address to be changed or updated after the product is shipped, we can help you with updating the address once your order reaches your destination city or the nearest centre or location hub. If you are not available to receive your order from the indicated location, you can simply reschedule your delivery by instructing our delivery person once you get a call from them. RETURNS & REFUNDS
You can request for cancellation of the order by contacting our team. Order cancellation requests are processed and accepted only if it is received within 24 hours of the order confirmation. An additional cancellation fee of 2.5% will be charged on the total amount paid at the time of processing a refund for the submitted refund request.
We will not be able to accept any cancellation request after 24 hours of the order confirmation.
After we receive the cancellation request on the booked order from you, if the cancellation request is accepted, you will be eligible for the refund and you will be getting your money back. But remember there will be an additional 2.5% cancellation fee on the order amount which you have paid during the order. And the refundable amount will be processed back to you through the original payment method which you have used while booking the order. It may take additional 7-10 working business days to refund the amount to you.
At, Kendalwood, we deliver what we have promised, which is our top priority. Every order we receive will be carefully packed and handled and delivered to our customers. However, due to the nature and category of the items involved, we do not accept returns of your choice. Most of our furniture is large and bulky in terms of dimensions, which can lead to situations such as smaller dimensions or colour differences, minor bumps, or cracks/bumps on arrival. This may also be due to the wholesale manufacture of our items or wear and tear caused during transport. However, in that case, will try our best and we will offer our customers the best resolution if anything happens similar.
A) If a part of the furniture or product is somehow damaged: we will arrange the replacement of the damaged parts of your furniture or product, only if the request is made within 10 days after the order is delivered.
B) If all the furniture or product parts or whole product is damaged: Depending on the product you have ordered, whether flat-packed or fully assembled, if you receive our items in a functionally defective or non-working condition, you can contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange a replacement for you.
However, replacement requests will not be accepted after 10 days of product delivery.
Your damaged furniture/part of the product will be replaced with a new part. Refunds are not issued for damaged products.

The dimensions of our products are even listed in the pictures (usually the last one in the product images on the website), so you can get an idea about the product and can have a clear picture of placement.
Our products are typically ready-to-assemble and come with the necessary assembly hardware and instructions along with the furniture. Although most of our products are DIY and easy to assemble, most people find it easy to assemble. We understand that one might still require technical help, for which our associates are also there to help fix it.
